After several hundred pet parties across Bali, we know which formats actually work — and what they actually cost. Here are ten ideas we run regularly, with honest IDR budgets so you can plan instead of guess. Prices are 2026 rates; full details live on our pricing page.
1. The Beach Morning Bash — from IDR 2,000,000
The signature Bali format: sunrise-side sand at Berawa or Batu Bolong, windproof decor, shoreline games and a cake served from a covered station before the heat arrives. Worth every rupiah for sociable, confident dogs. How it works: beach pet parties.
2. The Villa Garden Classic — from IDR 1,500,000
Balloon arch, banner, treat table, two festive hours in your own garden. The best value-per-tail-wag on this list and our most booked format — the Basic package covers all of it, cake included.
3. The Cake Smash Photoshoot — from IDR 1,250,000
Skip the guest list: one dog, one pet-safe smash cake, one photographer, thirty minutes of glorious frosting destruction. The gallery (delivered in 48 hours) is the actual present — to yourself.
4. The Pool Pawty — from IDR 1,900,000
For water dogs: paddling pools, floating toys, splash games and a lifeguarding trainer, with the villa pool optional for proven swimmers. Add a "no dog left dry" towel station and thank us later.
5. The Treat Hunt Olympics — from IDR 2,100,000
A games-forward party: tiered treat hunt, mini agility course, musical sit and a medal ceremony with prizes for every competitor. Run by a certified trainer so the competition stays friendly — details on the games page.
6. The Gotcha Day Celebration — from IDR 1,500,000
For Bali's rescue dogs and cats: celebrate the adoption anniversary with a milestone board telling their story, a welcome-home cake and optionally a donation drive for their shelter. The most emotional bookings we take — see gotcha days.
7. The Puppy Shower Brunch — from IDR 1,800,000
Before (or just after) the new arrival: a human brunch with pet-themed styling, a practical gift registry we help curate, and a tiny guest-of-honour appearance if vaccinations allow. Equal parts party and survival briefing for new pet parents.
8. The Cat High Tea — from IDR 1,500,000
A calm afternoon at home: tuna "torte" for the monarch, proper tea and cakes for the humans, felt-garland decor and a patient photographer. Designed entirely around feline consent — the format is described on the cat birthday page.
9. The Joint Birthday Playdate — from IDR 2,800,000 split between families
Two or three dogs with birthdays in the same season share one bigger party — and the families split the bill. More guests, more games, better economics. We balance the pack list so sizes and energy levels match.
10. The DIY Home Party — from IDR 300,000
Fully honest option: bake the cake yourself with our step-by-step pet-safe recipe (ingredients run IDR 150,000–250,000), add balloons from the market, and let us know if you want just a pupcake box or a photographer for an hour. Parties do not need a budget to count.
How to Choose
Match the format to the animal, not the Instagram feed. Sociable young dogs thrive at beach and games formats; seniors and shy dogs are happiest with the garden classic or a quiet photoshoot; cats want format eight and nothing else. If in doubt, message us with your pet's age, personality and your budget — we will tell you honestly which idea fits, including the DIY one. WhatsApp replies usually land within the hour, 09:00–19:00.
