I started BaliPetParty after baking a birthday cake for my own beach dog, Mango, and watching half of Berawa's dog owners ask where they could order one. I am a certified dog trainer and a pastry chef who retrained in pet bakery, so every party we throw is built on two rules: everything edible must be genuinely safe for dogs — carob instead of chocolate, no xylitol, no raisins, ever — and everything fun must be planned around how dogs actually behave in a group. You enjoy your dog's big day; we handle the rest.

Pet-Safe Birthday Cake

A custom cake from our own pet bakery — peanut butter and banana sponge, carob "chocolate" coating, yoghurt frosting and your dog's name on top. Sized for the guest list, from single pup to a whole pack.

Themed Decor & Setup

Balloon arch, birthday banner, party hats, a treat table and a photo corner in your chosen theme. We arrive 60–90 minutes early, set everything up and take it all away afterwards. See decor options.

Games Run by a Trainer

Treat hunts, mini agility, bubble chasing and a gentle "musical sit" — managed by me or a colleague so play stays calm and safe. Details on the games page.

Photoshoot & Video

In the Full package a pet photographer covers the whole party — cake smash included. 30+ edited photos delivered within 48 hours via the photoshoot service.

Villa, Garden or Beach — Where Dogs Party Best

Most of our dog birthdays happen in villa gardens across Canggu, Berawa and Umalas — shade, grass and a fence make life easy. If your villa is small, we can suggest dog-friendly cafés and lawns we work with regularly. For something special, a morning beach party at Berawa Beach or Batu Bolong is hard to beat: empty sand, cool air and the best photo light of the day.

Timing matters more than most owners expect. A two-hour party is the sweet spot for dogs — long enough for arrival sniffing, one round of games, the cake moment and a wind-down, short enough that nobody gets overstimulated. We schedule the cake for minute 60–70, when excitement peaks, and always build a quiet water-and-shade corner for guests who need a break.

How It Works

  1. Tell us about your dog

    Breed, age, guest list and any food sensitivities — over WhatsApp. We suggest a package and theme the same day.

  2. We plan the menu and games

    Cake flavour, pupcakes for guests, and games matched to the dogs attending — puppies and seniors get their own pace.

  3. Party day

    We arrive early, set up decor and the treat table, run the games and the cake moment, then pack everything away.

  4. Photos in 48 hours

    With the Full package you receive an edited gallery within two days — ready for Instagram or grandma.

What It Costs

The Basic package starts at IDR 1,500,000 — birthday cake, decor set and two hours of party time for up to six dogs. The Full package from IDR 3,500,000 adds trainer-led games and a full photoshoot. How much does a dog birthday party cost in Bali?

Is the cake really safe for dogs?
Yes. We bake with carob instead of chocolate, use no xylitol, raisins, grapes or artificial sweeteners, and keep sugar minimal. Recipes are on the cakes & treats page — and we ask about allergies before baking.
How many dogs can we invite?
Up to six dogs works beautifully in a normal villa garden; with a bigger space and a second handler we have run parties for fifteen. We help you balance the guest list so sizes and energy levels match.
Can humans eat the cake?
You can — it is real food, just unsweetened and chocolate-free, so manage your expectations. Most owners order a separate human grazing board, which we arrange as an add-on.
What if my dog is shy or reactive?
Tell us in advance. As a trainer I plan introductions one at a time, keep greetings on lead at first, and can run a calmer, smaller-format party — some of our best birthdays were for one dog and four humans.
What happens if it rains?
Every booking comes with a rain plan: we move the setup under your villa's covered terrace or shift the timing within the same day at no charge.
